The routine assistant gives cosmetic skincare and haircare suggestions only, not medical diagnosis or treatment. Your description is sent to our AI provider only to build the suggestion and is not saved. Please avoid entering personal details.

What we collect

• Contact details you enter at checkout: name, email, phone and delivery address.
• Order history, wishlist items and reviews linked to your account.
• Basic usage analytics such as pages viewed, used only in aggregate.

How we use it

To process and deliver your orders, respond to support requests, and — only if you opt in — send routine guides and offers. We never sell your data.

Payments

This storefront currently runs in demo payment mode. No card, UPI or bank credentials are collected or stored. When live payments are enabled, they will be handled entirely by a PCI-compliant gateway.

Storage and security

Data is stored on encrypted infrastructure with row-level access rules, so your orders and addresses are readable only by you and our support team.

Your rights

Write to privacy@dermapicked.example to access, correct or delete your data. We respond within 30 days.
